Traditionally Self-Help books usually focus on a specific area and make a promise to help us solve our imperfections or struggles. Like the Law of Attraction and Positive Psychology, which is based upon aligning our thoughts of what we want to see and experience in our current world. Academic and Science books typically are a dense read with complexed terminology hard to understand and relate too. None of which are really addressing the impact of how advancing Technology, such as Virtual Reality will affect how we feel and what we experience in one read.
This unique guide to living with AI (Part 1 of 3 in The Future of Life + Work series) is a blend of social commentary, self-development, and wellness.
