Shinto (神道 Shintō) Or kami-no-michi (as well as other names) is the ethnic religion of Japan that focuses on ritual practices to be carried out diligently to establish a connection between present-day Japan and its ancient past. But we could apply these principles regardless of where we live because it is a state of mind. Growing in popularity due to the increase in stress and the curiosity and growth in mindfulness, yoga, philosophy, spirituality, and gratitude practices.
